Logo Design Terms & Conditions & Checklist

Scope of Work
Designer provides original logo concepts based on client brief.
Deliverables may include:
Vector & raster files (AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG, SVG)
Color variations (full color, black & white, grayscale)
Basic brand usage guidelines (if agreed)

Project Timeline
Estimated project duration: 2 weeks
Delivery of initial concepts: 1 week
Revisions & final delivery: 3 days

Revisions
Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions billed at £30 an hour

Client Responsibilities
Provide:
Business name & tagline
Preferred colors & fonts
Inspiration or reference material
Respond to requests for feedback promptly.

Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% upfront
Balance: Due upon final approval
Late payments may incur fees of an interest of 8%

Ownership & Copyright
Full rights to final logo transfer after full payment.
Designer may use work for portfolio & self-promotion.
Preliminary concepts remain property of the designer unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation
Cancellation before concepts: 50%
Cancellation after concepts: No refund

Limitations
Designer not responsible for:
Misuse or modification by third parties
Trademark infringement (client ensures originality)

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep shared information private.

Acceptance
Commissioning this project confirms agreement with these terms.
